It seems to me that, since I really started trying to live my life for the Lord, me and my family have been more and more on the outs. Me and my son live with my parents because my sons father is not around. My son is 4 1/2 and we have lived here his whole life. I gave my life back to the Lord about a year and a half ago and I have really been trying to live for Him and grow in my relationship with Him and to teach my son all I can about his savior! It just is really getting hard to live here because I get ridiculed for everything I do, and constantly told that im too strict, or this, or that. Nothing I do is ever right, and my parents and brother are always yelling and screaming at me about something, or telling me how bad of a parent I am. They get mad at me when I ask them not to cuss around my son, or watch things on tv that have horrible language, and they dont like when I say something about how much my mom drinks. I pray all the time that God will intervene in theirs lives and bring them closer to Him...but they have to be willing to accept Him also. It is SSOO frustrating that I cant afford to get me and my son out of here. I just keep praying to God to handle all my problems and to take care of me and my son...I just have to be patient, I know. I just want to know if anyone else has these same troubles and what you do to cope with them? Im trying so hard to be calm, and I constantly pray for peace and serenity...but sometimes it gets hard!!
